Ly Yang

Ly Vang Yang, 59, of Spartanburg, died Monday, August 29, 2011, at her home. Born April 6, 1952, in Laos, she was the daughter of Yalue and Chon Chang Vang of St. Paul, MN. Ly was a U. S. Military broadcaster during the Vietnam War and an employee of Spartan Mills. In addition to her parents, survivors include her daughter, Dolly Yang Zink and husband Aaron of Los Angeles, CA; her former husband, Chong Y. Yang of Lilburn, GA; and three siblings. Services will begin at 8:00 AM Friday, September 9, 2011 and continue until 1:00 PM Sunday, September 11, 2011, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel. Burial will be in Boiling Springs Memorial Gardens.
