Edna Lucille Bradley McFarlin, 83, of 522 Pennwood Drive, died Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at her home. Born August 6, 1926, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late William Glenn and Alice Lucy Thornton Bradley and the wife of the late Robert L. McFarlin. She was retired from the textile industry and a member of the former Duncan Memorial United Methodist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Lucy Bennett and her husband Jimmy, and a grandson, Cory Bennett, all of Chesnee; and two sisters, Betty B. Allen of Boiling Springs, and Mildred B. Baldwin of Blair, SC. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 13, 2010, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 14, 2010, in Sunset Memorial Park conducted by the Rev. Luther H. Rickenbaker III and the Rev. C. Allen Senn. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mobile Meals Service, P. O. Box 461, Spartanburg, SC 29304; or to the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
