Liston Guyton

Liston Guyton, 84, of Pacolet, died Monday, March 4, 2013, at Oakmont of Union. Born March 2, 1929, in Pacolet, SC, he was the son of the late Clyde and Minnie Petty Guyton and husband of the late Shirley Jean Lee Guyton. He was a member of Tate Memorial Baptist Church. Surviving is his brother, Ralph Conrad Guyton of Columbia, SC; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 7, 2013, in Pacolet Memorial Gardens, by the Rev. Dennis Tessnier. Visitation will follow at the graveside. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tate Memorial Baptist Church, PO Box 88, Pacolet, SC 29372. The family is at their respective homes.
