Linda Ballew

Mary Linda Crowe Ballew, 72, of Moore, SC, died Saturday, December 15, 2018, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born March 3, 1946, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Ovet and Alcie Elizabeth Quinn Crowe and widow of Edward Ballew. She was a manager with Hardee's. Survivors include her daughter, Dianne Hayes of Moore, SC; brother, Ovet Crowe, Jr. of Fletcher, NC; a number of nieces and nephews; and favorite "child" of all, Toby the cat. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her siblings, Frances Moore, Leslie Crowe, Tommy Crowe, and Gary Crowe. Visitation will be 1:00-1:45 PM Sunday, December 23, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel, 235 N. Church St., Spartanburg, SC 29306 with funeral services following at 2:00 PM, conducted by The Rev. Sammy Sutton. Burial will be in Fort Prince Memorial Gardens, 125 Fort Prince Rd., Wellford, SC 29385.
