Lewis Harrison, 89, of the Walnut Grove community in Roebuck SC entered his eternal home on January 8, 2023. He was the loving husband of Nancy C. Harrison for 59 years and leaves behind a special sister, Mary Jo Christopher (Wendell).
Left to cherish his memory are two daughters, Holly Perry (Jim) of Roebuck, SC and Catherine Boyd (Joshua) of Greenville, SC; precious grandchildren, Jack, Kate & Ella Perry and Louisa Boyd who were the pride and joy of his life.
He is also survived by three nieces, Mary Lewis Tiller (Frank) and Jean West (Russell) of Roebuck and Maria Cole Davis (Joe) of Charleston; great nieces Wendelyn Kelly (Stafford), Harrison Carnes (Will); great nephews Martin Tiller (Teal), Will West (Jenna), Ben Davis, and Henry Davis. He leaves behind a dear cousin, Ben C. Harrison Sr. (Linda) who he loved like a brother, his son Ben Harrison Jr. (Holly), and daughters Suzanne Dantin (Jeremy), and Sherra Brown (Kevin). Also remaining are two brothers-in-law Lonnie Cole (Delores) and Donald Cole (Sandra) along with other cousins, friends and many throughout the dairy industry whose friendship he cherished. He was predeceased by his parents Lewis L. Harrison Sr & Eloise Lanford Harrison, and one niece Andrea Cole.
He and his brother-in-law, Wendell Christopher were cofounders of Walnut Grove Auction & Realty and Event Rentals Inc..
Lewis had a very devoted love for his family, his church family, and for Jesus, His Lord and Savior! He was an active member of Mount Calvary Presbyterian Church. It is his greatest desire that everyone who reads this obituary will also know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior so that we can all be united together in Heaven eternally.

Visitation will be at 10:00 – 11:30 am Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Mt. Calvary Presbyterian Church, 1399 Walnut Grove Road, Roebuck, SC 29376. Funeral service will be at 12:00 noon, at the church, conducted by The Rev. Richard Thomas and The Rev. David Sanders. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
