Lesa Nix

Lesa Diane Nix, 58, of Pauline, died December 30, 2020, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born September 30, 1962 in Sweetwater, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Bessie Farner Shaw of Coker Creek, TN and the late John Monroe Shaw. She was first married to the late Richard Pacosz and later to the late Frederick Wayne Nix. She grew up in the small community of Coker Creek, TN and later moved away to Myrtle Beach SC with her two sons, where she was a respected accountant in the hotel industry. Later in life, she moved to the Upstate of South Carolina and settled in Pauline, SC with her late husband. She enjoyed fishing, camping, and loved to spend time in her flower beds. She also enjoyed quilting during the colder months. She will be missed by her family and friends. Lesa is survived by her sons, Anthony Pacosz and Daniel Pacosz, both of Belton, SC. She was predeceased by her eight brothers and sisters. A memorial service will be held at her home in Pauline, SC on Saturday, January 16, 2021. No flowers please.
