Larry Stamper

Larry Stamper, 85, of Hialeah, FL, peacefully passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2015. Born May 26, 1929, in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late Granville W. and Margaret Foster Stamper. A U. S. Army veteran and long-time Hialeah resident, Larry, was retired from the Hialeah and Miami Police Depts. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Jacqueline; five children, Laurie (Arn), Stephen (Denise), Russell (Nancy), David (Lucy), and Richard (Rachel); nine grandchildren; and sisters, Carolyn Kent of Auburn, AL and Margaret Stamper, also Aunt Fay Tillitson of Spartanburg, SC. A cryptside service will be conducted at 11:00 am Wednesday, April 1, 2015, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Heritage Chapel Mausoleum, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by the Rev.
