Lacey Neal

Lacey Alma Garrett Neal, 90, of Spartanburg, died Monday, December 26, 2011, at her home. Born September 26, 1921 in Polk County, NC, she was the daughter of the late John Loqual and Hattie Selina Lynch Garrett and wife of the late George Oscar Neal. She attended Roebuck Church of God. Survivors include sons, George Doyle Neal and Lloyd Edward Neal; daughters, Peggy Ann Reynolds and Sylvia Ann Owensby; sisters, Betty Moody and Barbara Woolen; brother, John Garrett, Jr.; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 29, 2011 at Una First Free Will Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Kenneth Cash. Entombment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Heritage Chapel Mausoleum.
