Keith Poole

Keith Poole, 61, of Spartanburg, SC, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, August 22, 2022. Born November 19, 1960 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of Betty Ezelle Donald Poole and the late Herman Marion Poole.

Keith was a devoted husband, father, and “Pop” to his grandchildren. A member of White Plains Baptist Church, he served as a Deacon.

He loved baseball and football, especially University of South Carolina. He loved working outside on his lawn and spent time to perfect it.

Survivors include his wife, Renee Poole of the home; their children, Allison Cantrell (Stephen) and Matt Poole (Haley), all of Chesnee, SC; granddaughters, Capri Poole and Kolbi Poole; his sister, Joyce Godfrey (Sam) of Moore, SC; and his faithful dog and companion, Sadie.

Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Friday, August 26, 2022 at White Plains Baptist Church, 218 Soap Stone Road, Gaffney, SC 29340, conducted by The Rev. Dennis D. Spencer and The Rev. Fred S. Quidley. Burial will be in White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will follow at the graveside.
