Keith Parris

Keith Reginald Parris, 72, of Spartanburg, SC, died Friday, August 25, 2017 at Mountainview Nursing Home. Born July 20, 1945 in Chesnee, SC, he was the son of the late Eolus Odysseus and Myrtle Estelle Henderson Parris. Mr. Parris was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was retired from the City of Spartanburg as an electrician. He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Survivors include his loving wife of 49 years, Jo Ann Sanford Parris; son, Kevin Parris (Dawn) of Boiling Springs, NC; granddaughter, Logan Howell of Boiling Springs, NC; nieces, Diane Martin of Spartanburg, SC and Donna Bell of Inman, SC; and a nephew, Everette Orr of Greer, SC. He was predeceased by a son, Dion Parris; sister, Barbara Orr; brother, Donald Parris and niece, Cindy Yarborough. Visitation will be 3:00 - 3:45 PM Monday, August 28, 2017 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Service will be at 4:00 PM at the chapel, conducted by the Rev. Brian McCall. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
