Karol Foster

Karol Jeffers Foster, 73, of Moore, SC, died April 26, 2022 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home in Spartanburg, SC. Born June 30, 1948, in Chanute, KS, she was the daughter of the late Marvin and Mildred Jeffers.

Karol was retired from the S.C. Department of Corrections for 22 ½ years as assistant to the Regional Director of the Upstate. She then owned and managed The Beehive on Morgan Square for 14 years, with her friend and partner, Janet Nolen. Karol was a Christian.

Survivors include her husband, Julian Allen Foster, Jr., her sister, Karla Holtzman of Gardner, KS, her nephew, Scott Jeffers of Burlington, KS, and her nieces, Karina Holtzman of Gardner, KS and Cassandra Felts of Kansas City, KS.
