Julie Henderson

Julie Folk Henderson, 66, of Moore, SC, died Tuesday, January 1, 2019, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born January 23, 1952, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of Nellie Shealy Folk of Spartanburg, SC and the late Marshall Gilbert Folk. A graduate of Cecil's Business College, Mrs. Henderson loved her pets and raising flowers in her green house. She was formerly employed with Westgate Mall. Surviving is her husband of 42 years, Rick Henderson, along with her mother. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by a sister, Marsha Elaine Folk. Funeral and committal services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 5, 2019, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by The Rev. Joey Estes. Visitation will follow the service at the chapel. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
