Julia Ashe

Julia Elizabeth Painter Ashe, 40, of Spartanburg, died Wednesday, January 13, 2010, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born January 31, 1969, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Furman Edward Painter and Donna Elizabeth McCallister. She was of the Methodist faith. Survivors include her husband, Tracy Ashe; a son, Colby Dean Ashe, and a daughter, Carlee Elizabeth Ashe, both of the home; her paternal grandmother, Roberta Painter of Spartanburg, an aunt, Annette Davenport of Spartanburg; and three cousins, Lynn Davis and Tyler Burgess, both of Spartanburg, and Spring Yelton of North Carolina. Visitation will be 1:00-1:45 p.m. Sunday, January 24, 2010, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel conducted by the Rev. James Ashe. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 16-A Brozzini Court, Greenville, SC 29615. The family is at their respective homes.
