Judy Emory

Judith Annette Emory, 74, of Spartanburg, SC, died Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at White Oak Estates-Spartanburg. Born June 11, 1940, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Willie Mae Allen Emory. Judy was a member of Cudd Memorial Baptist Church and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was also a retired CNA who spent her career caring for others. Surviving is her son, Rudy Ellis (Karen) of Gaffney, SC; daughters, Alicia Brown (Robert) of Landrum, SC, and Kimberly Dawn (Don Greenway) of Duncan, SC; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Friday, September 19, 2014, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to White Oak Estates Activities Department, 400 Webber Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307; or Hospice Care of South Carolina, 110 Dillon Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
