Juanita Scalf Moore, 87, of Boiling Springs, SC, died Monday, April 16, 2018. Born October 19, 1930, in Viper, KY, she was the daughter of William Blackburn Scalf and Laura Campbell Scalf and wife of 57 years to the late Elbert Henry Moore. She was a member of Boiling Springs First Baptist Church. Surviving are her children, Carol McSwain, Helen Burns, Ellen Tillotson, all of Boiling Springs, SC, Gregory Moore of Atlanta, GA, and Robert Moore of Boiling Springs, SC; 9 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by two brothers and two sisters. A special thanks to those that took care of Mrs. Moore for the past seven years. Visitation will be 1:00-1:45 PM Friday, April 20, 2018, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Hwy 9 N, Boiling Springs, SC 29316 with funeral services following at 2:00 PM, conducted by Pastor Rich Lancaster. Entombment will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park Mausoleum, 4164 Boiling Springs Rd., Boiling Springs, SC 29316. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 901 South Pine Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302.
