She was a faithful member of Morning Star Baptist Church and had many friends that she loved dearly. She was our mother, our best friend, she was an encourager, and the kindest person we knew. She taught us how to be happy with little and with much. She showed us how to grow through our sufferings and how to be humble in our succusses. She taught us to accept others and ourselves. She exemplified Christ’s love every day that she lived. She will be missed beyond words. We were honored and blessed to have called such a truly remarkable woman our mother, and our friend.
