Josephine Martin

Josephine Blanton Martin, 85, of Inman, SC, died Friday, May 30, 2014, at Magnolia Manor. Born June 25, 1928, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Tom and Raymouth Bush Blanton and widow of James Virgil "Abe" Martin. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church. Survivors include her sons, Ricky Gerald Martin (Cathy) of Wellford, SC, and Rocky Lane Martin (Kathy) of Moore, SC; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and brother, Cletus Blanton of Fairforest, SC. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by son, Larry Wayne Martin; a sister, Marlene West; and a brother, Eugene Blanton. Visitation will be 6:00-7:00 PM Monday, June 2, 2014, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC. Burial in Sunset Memorial Park will be at a later date.
