Joseph Malcolm Gaddy IV, "Little Man", two-month-old son of Ashley Calvert Dobson and Joseph Malcolm Gaddy III, was born March 4, 2011, and died Friday, May 6 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Additional survivors include a sister, Chloe Dobson of Spartanburg; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Malcolm Gaddy Jr. of Richmond, VA; maternal grandfather and step-grandmother, William Otis Calvert and Janice Whiteside of Spartanburg; maternal grandmother and step-grandfather, Marie and Harold Sexton of Wellford; uncles and aunts, Rev. Jones and Mrs. Connie Brewer of Moore, SC, and Sarah Gaddy and Jurgen Wokatsch of Statesville, NC, and uncle Zach Gaddy of Richmond, VA. Visitation will be 10:00-10:45 AM Monday, May 9, 2011, at Ben Avon United Methodist Church. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM at the church, conducted by the Rev. Jones Brewer.
