Jonathan "Jon-Jon" Dewayne Craddock, 31, of Spartanburg, SC, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, November 25, 2018. Born July 17, 1987, in Orlando, FL, he was the son of Garry Dewayne Craddock, and Patricia Curry Craddock of Spartanburg, SC. Jonathan had a zest for life and loved the Lord. He was fun loving and kind with a passion for sports, motorcycles and family. He served in the U. S. Navy Ceremonial Guard at Arlington National Cemetery before his work in Aviation Electronics aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln. Jonathan loved operating heavy equipment, fast bikes and muddy trucks. After leaving the Navy he worked as a bridge foreman with his Uncle Mike who has been his construction mentor. In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers and sister, Garry Craddock, Jr. (Janie) of Sorrento, FL, Stephen Craddock (Dana) of Gray, TN, and Michelle Craddock of Orlando, FL; grandfather, Otho "Jim" Craddock (Mary) of Spartanburg, SC; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by paternal grandmother, Ernestine Craddock; and maternal grandparents, Lester Curry (Julie) and Margaret Curry. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Friday, November 30, 2018, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. A celebration of life will be conducted at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 1, 2018, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, by The Rev. Ken Jenkins. A committal service, with military rites, will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday, December 21, 2018, in M. J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery, 140 Inway Dr., Anderson, SC 29621.
