Johnny Paul Blackwell, 65, of Inman, SC died Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Prisma Health North Greenville Hospital, Travelers Rest, SC. Born September 8, 1955 in Spartanburg, SC he was the son of the late Dennis Floyd and Elzie May Fisher Blackwell. Mr. Blackwell was a machine operator at South Carolina Elastic Company. Survivors include his daughter, Joanie Blackwell of Inman, SC; son, Joshua Mason of Charlotte, NC; sisters, Mildred Blackwell of Campobello, SC and Mary Blackwell of Inman, SC; brothers, Joe Blackwell, Raymond Blackwell, Bennett Blackwell and James Blackwell all of Campobello, SC; his dog, Zoey and cat, Butterscotch. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by siblings, Dennis Blackwell, and sister, Louise Blackwell. Visitation will be held 7:00-9:00 PM Friday, November 6, 2020 at Floyd's North Church Street, 235 N. Church Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306. Mask and social distancing are requested.
