Johnnie Owen Fowler, 78, of Spartanburg, SC, died Wednesday, January 10, 2018. Born March 11, 1939, in Spartanburg County, SC, he was the son of the late George and Lillie Belle Revels Crocker Fowler. He was retired from the textile industry and of the Christian faith. Survivors include his son, Scott Fowler (Debbie) of Boiling Springs, SC; two sons; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 10:00-10:45 AM Saturday, January 13, 2018, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307 with funeral services following at 11:00 AM, conducted by The Rev. Tom Sawyer. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307. The family is at the home of Scott and Debbie Fowler.
