John Krom

John Milton Krom, 79, of Spartanburg, died Wednesday morning, July 28, 2021, at his home.  He was born April 27, 1942 in Manhattan, NY, a son of the late Milton Lorenzo and Rose Champagne Krom. He is married to Denise Metchel Krom.

John was retired from Tuxis Ohr’s, was a US Navy veteran and was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in Forestville, CT.

Also surviving are his children, John Krom, Jr. of East Hampton, CT, Wendy Krom of Florida and Amanda Krom of New Haven, CT; his step-children, Tyna DeAlessio (Bryce) of Plainville, CT, Naomi Miles of Bristol, CT and Elaina Miles of Meriden, CT; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; his brother, George Krom (Vivian) of Southington, CT; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
