Joel Lankford

Joel "Joe" Robert Lankford, 44, of Spartanburg died January 18, 2011 at his home. Born June 11, 1966 in Richmond, VA, he was the son of the late Rachel Gaston Lankford. Mr. Lankford was a former employee of Revman International and a Firefighter with Arkwright and Hobbysville Fire Departments. Survivors include two daughters, Tina Lankford and Christina Ivey; two sons, Eric Lankford, and Randy Smith; and a grandson, Jaedon VanSant. Visitation will be 7:00-9:00 PM Thursday, January 27, 2011 at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel. Graveside services will be at 3:00 PM Friday, January 28, 2011 at Nazareth Presbyterian Church Cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Andy Case.
