Joann Catherine Goble

Joann Catherine Goble, 88, of Spartanburg, passed away Saturday, May 6, 2023, White Oak Manor.  Born July 19, 1934, in Detroit, Michigan, she was a daughter of the late Ida Thessen and Alonzo Goble.

Miss Goble was a member of the Catholic Church of Jesus Our Risen Savior.  Joann bowled until she was 80 and enjoyed needlework and volunteering at The Soup Kitchen.

Survivors are a sister, Joyce Wood (Nobert); seven beloved nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, June 16, 2023, 2:00 PM, at the Catholic Church of Jesus Our Risen Savior, 2575 Reidville Road, Spartanburg, SC 29301.                                                           

The burial will be Monday, July 31, 2023, at Resurrection Cemetery, 3015 W. Truman Boulevard, Jefferson, Missouri, 65109.

No flowers please, memorials may be made to a charity on one’s choice.
