Jo Rhea

Jo Ann C. Rhea, 89, of White Oak Estates Spartanburg, SC went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, December 7, 2020. Jo Ann was born to Guy and Flora Carter in Asheville, NC on September 30, 1931. Survivors include her son, James Kelsey (Jim) Rhea; granddaughter, Kelsey Elaine Rhea of Columbia, SC; sister, Ethyl Carland of Greenville, SC and several nieces and nephews. Jo Ann was a dedicated wife, mother, and employee. She retired from Univar Corporation after more than 30 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Flora Carter; her loving husband, James Roger Rhea; daughter Jan Rhea Simms and six brothers and sisters. A private graveside service will be held.
