Jo Lowe

Jo Ann Farmer Lowe, 86, of Chesnee, SC, died Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at Mary Black Memorial Hospital, following a brief illness. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Lowe Salter and husband David M. Salter of Rapid City, SD; and son, Tim Lowe and wife Charlene Avery Lowe of Austin, TX. She also leaves behind the love of her life, Donald F. Banks of Spartanburg, SC; brother, James C. Farmer of Spartanburg, SC; and sister, Betty Farmer Poteat of Chesnee, SC; as well as 6 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. She was a wonderful, dedicated mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who brought love and laughter into our lives. Her memory will live on forever in our hearts.
