Jimmy Gossett

Jimmy Gossett, 75, of Spartanburg, formerly of Cowpens, Clifton Road, died Monday, March 12, 2012, at his home. Born August 10, 1936, in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Roy and Ruth Lowe Gossett, and husband of the late Jane Gossett. He was the owner/operator of Gossett & Son Repair. Survivors include his daughter, Pam Law; son, Jay Gossett; grandsons, Brad Gossett and wife Haruka, Charles Gossett, and Dale Gossett, all of Spartanburg. He was predeceased by a son, Robbie Gossett. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 15, 2012, in White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery, Gaffney, by Pastor Mitch Trammel. The family is at the home.
