Jill Taylor

Jill Melton Taylor, 43, of Greer, SC, died Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born August 19, 1978 in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of Jerry Melton of Moore, SC and Kathy Young of Moore, SC.

A graduate of Dorman High School and USC Upstate, Jill was employed with the Greenville County IT Department. She was a member of NewSpring Church.

Survivors include her husband, Rodney Taylor, her children, Graham Taylor, Harper Taylor, and Bennett Taylor, her parents, Jerry Melton (Sonja) of Moore, SC and Kathy Young (Randy) of Moore, SC, her sister, Lisa Hayes (Scott) of Roebuck, SC, maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Keenan of Moore, SC, her father and mother in law, Aaron and Margaret Taylor of Seneca, SC, stepbrother, Adam Young (Sarah), stepsister, Shanna Wall (Jeremy), and lots of family and friends.

A Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Friday, October 8, 2021 in The Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, 797 Old Georgia Road, Moore, SC 29369. Visitation will be at the graveside.
