Jessie Wilson

Jessie Rosemary Wilson, 88, of Boiling Springs, SC died Sunday, November 28, 2021 at her daughters’ home. Born April 15, 1933 in Blue Spring Run, VA, she was the daughter of the late George Vernor and Jessie Clair Humphries Jamison.

Rosemary was retired from Mitchell-Bissell Company after 25 years of service. She was a member of Zion Baptist Church in Rosman, NC.

Survivors include her sons, John H. Wilson, Jr. of Fletcher, NC, David C. Wilson (Donna) of Toano, VA, Allen Charles Wilson (Grace) of Murfreesboro, TN, her daughters, Teresa J. Plake (Scott) of Sperry, OK and Patricia E. Kohler (Robert) of Spartanburg, SC, Roseann W. Sorrells (Clyde) of Inman, SC, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and her brother, Paul Jamison of Covington, VA. Along with her parents, she was also predeceased by a great granddaughter, Ashley Brown, her sister, Charlotte Wright, and three brothers, John Bowen, George Jamison, David “Stagg” Jamison, and her former husband, John H. Wilson, Sr.

Services will be privately held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to one’s favorite charity.
