Jessie Bell Terrell

Mrs. Jessie Bell Terrell was born October 9, 1948, in Spartanburg, South Carolina to the late Elizabeth Littlejohn. She departed this earthly life on September 18, 2024, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

She received her education in the Spartanburg County Public School District 7. Jessie Bell as she was affectionately known worked over 20 years as a Bus Driver for Spartanburg District 7. This career afforded her the opportunity to meet many people and spread love throughout her community. 

Jessie Bell thoroughly enjoyed going to Bingo, taking trips to the beach, and telling stories about her life. 

She was a member of Mount Nebo Baptist Church in Spartanburg, SC. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Littlejohn, grandmother, Bell Macham Littlejohn, her husband, James Howard Terrell and three children, Jackie Littlejohn, Wiley Littlejohn, and Janet Denise Terrell and a brother, Larry Littlejohn, and a host of other relatives. 

Left to cherish her precious memories she leaves, her children April Terrell, Darrius Terrell, Brooks Terrell, Jennifer Terrell, and Samuel Terrell; sisters: Bertha Littlejohn and Denise Evans; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; one niece and one nephew; and host of great nieces and nephews.
