Jerry Wood

Jerry Kenney Wood, 74, of Boiling Springs, SC, died Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born May 23, 1940, in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late John Harmon and Katie Kenney Wood. He was a U. S. Navy veteran and graduate of Wofford College. Surviving are his loving wife, Winifred G. Wood; their two children, Anita Kathryn Wood of Taylors, SC, and Robert Charles Wood (Kris) of Boiling Springs, SC; and three grandchildren. A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
