Jerry W. Wines

Jerry William Wines, 77, of Boiling Springs, SC died Tuesday, April 9, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born January 19, 1947 in Spartanburg, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Dock and Julia Mae Wines.

Jerry and Wanda made a life for themselves and their family in Boiling Springs, SC. They were married for 55 years. They led a quiet life marked by the generosity of time and experience given to family and neighbors. Jerry inspired a legacy of curiosity, ingenuity, and thriftiness for his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Wanda E. Wines of the home; their children, J. Todd Wines (Kirsten) and Susan Wines; grandchildren, Anderson Wines and Larsen Wines; sister, Mattie Grisham; and sister-in-law, Joyce Abbott. Jerry was predeceased by children, Jerry A. Wines and Tammy D. Wines, his siblings: Junior Wines, J.R. Wines, James Wines, J.C. Wines, Paul Wines, and Jimmy Wines.
