Jerry Wayne Crocker, 65, of 350 Beacon Light Road, died Sunday, November 28, 2010, at his home. Born November 20, 1945 in Clifton, SC, he was the son of the late Oland Lee and Lillie Belle Revels Crocker. He retired from Michelin Tire Corporation after 25 years of service, was a U. S. Marine Corp veteran, and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include two daughters, Angela C. Fain and husband Darrell and Tabitha L. Lawson and husband Gerald, all of Spartanburg; a son, Robert W. Crocker of Cowpens; half sister, Virginia C. Cooke of Spartanburg; three half brothers, Johnnie O. Fowler of Spartanburg, Martin Crocker of Rock Hill, and Franklin Crocker of Boiling Springs; a granddaughter, Jodi Lawson of Spartanburg; three grandsons, Jonathan Fain and Jeb Lawson of Spartanburg, and Tyler Crocker of Woodruff; and a great-grandson, Colton Fain of Spartanburg. He was predeceased by a half sister, Evelyn F. Neely and a half brother, Walter Eugene Fowler. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, conducted by the Rev. William C. Howard. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family is at the home of his daughter, Angela Fain, 620 Thompson Chapel Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
