Jennie Miller

Jennie Mae Eplee Miller, 99, of Spartanburg, SC, died Wednesday, September 3, 2014, at Mary Black Memorial Hospital. Born December 16, 1914, in Polk County, NC, she was the daughter of the late John Thurman Eplee and Celia Daisy Belle McGuinn Eplee, and widow of Johnny B. Miller. She was a professional seamstress and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her son, Dennis Miller (Wendy) of Spartanburg, SC; daughter, Norma Emory (Willard) of Spartanburg, SC; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 11:30 AM-12:45 PM Saturday, September 6, 2014, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM, at the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Danny Blackwell. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park, 1955 Cannons Campground Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
