Jeffrey Harris

Beloved father, son, brother, uncle and friend to many, Jeffrey Donald "Donnie" Harris, 55, of Spartanburg, SC, died Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at his home. Born September 1, 1959, in Spartanburg County, he was the son of Peggy Prince Harris of Spartanburg and the late William "Billy" Harris. Donnie was a graduate of Spartanburg High School Class of 1977 and employed for many years at Hoke Industries. In addition to his mother, survivors include his two beloved sons, Joshua Harris and Jacob Harris; the mother of his children, Tina West Harris; brothers, Stan Harris (Sharon), Kenny Harris (Anna), and his twin brother, Ronnie Harris (Elaine); and sisters, Angela Harris and Kathi Mumpower (Eddie). He was blessed to have many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. He is also survived by his special friend of many years, Debra Ward. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, May 30, 2015, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by the Rev. Manning Strickland.
