Jeannette Sill

Jeannette Marie Sill, 55, of Spartanburg, SC, died Saturday, August 22, 2015, at her home. Born October 7, 1959, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of Geraldine Houk Sill of Spartanburg and the late Jacob Thornwell Sill. Jeannette was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, loved all animals, and was employed with Spartanburg Medical Center. In addition to her mother, she is survived by three brothers, John Sill (Anne) of Memphis, TN, David Sill (Susan) of Easley, SC, and Harold Sill (Patty) of Gaffney, SC; three nieces; and five nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday, August 28, 2015, at the Historic St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 161 N. Dean St., Spartanburg, SC 29302, by the Rev. Daniel R. Whitman. Visitation will follow the service outside the church. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
