Jean Wynonia Wilds Busch, 82, died Sunday, January 16, 2022, at her home. She was born in Inman on May 11, 1939, a daughter of the late Arbra Eulan and Ruth Gosnell Wilds and widow of Dr. Eugene Martin Busch.
She was a graduate of Spartanburg Regional School of nursing with a BS in Nursing and was a retired nurse with Piedmont Internal Medicine, a member of the Church at The Mill, and an avid golfer and member of Woodfin Ridge Golf Course, where she hit three hole-in-one’s.
Survivors include a daughter, Tonya L. Jones (Michael) of Boiling Springs; a son-in-law, Mark Cantrell of Spartanburg; grandson, Devin Cantrell (Rachel) and grandson, Baylor Cantrell of Chesnee; a step-daughter, Tammy Autry (Ronnie) and their children, Austin and Chase Autry of Myrtle Beach; adopted grandson, Hunter O’Dell (Lauren) and their son, Hudson, of Boiling Springs; a niece, Vickie Sluder (Phil) and adopted daughter and caregiver, Jill Knoeferl (Joe).
She was pre-deceased by her husband, a daughter, Terrie M. Cantrell and siblings, Ray Wilds, Eulan Wilds, Burton Wilds, and Mary Eubanks.
Funeral Services will be Thursday, January 20, 2022, at 4:00 PM at Church at The Mill conducted by Rev. Dr. D. J. Horton. Private family interment will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Inman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Church at The Mill Building Fund, 4455 Anderson Mill Rd., Moore, SC, 29369.
