Janet Loring Anthony Tutterow

Mrs. Janet Loring Anthony Tutterow, 80, of Spartanburg, died Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at her home. She was born November 28, 1942, in Low Gap, NC, a daughter of the late Reece and Lona Norman Anthony and the wife of 61 years of the late Marion Frank Tutterow.

Surviving is her daughter, Brenda T. Young (Richard) of Spartanburg; a son, Ricky D. Tutterow (Cheri) of Inman; grandchildren, Lee Hardy, Jacob Tutterow, Jeffrey Tutterow (Ashley), and Madison Tutterow; eight great-grandchildren. One sister, Karen Goins (Doug) of Pilot Mountain, NC and a brother, John Reece Anthony of Mt. Airy, NC. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Jeffrey F. Tutterow; grandson, Jehremy R. Young, sister, Reba Anthony Love and two brothers, Julian Anthony and Wade B. Anthony.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, July 14, 2023, in Fort Prince Memorial Gardens, 125 Fort Prince Road, Wellford, SC 29385, conducted by The Rev. Bill Harris. Visitation will be at the graveside. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice, PO Box 2624, Spartanburg, SC 29304 .
