James Sherbert Jr.

James "Jimmy" Thomas Sherbert, Jr., 56, of Spartanburg, SC, died Monday, June 12, 2017, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born January 9, 1961, in Salina, KS, he was the son of the late James Thomas Sherbert, Sr. and Mary Ann Charles Sherbert. A graduate of the Charles Lea Program, Jimmy also worked for Workability with the Charles Lea Center. Survivors include his sister, Kay Holmes of Spartanburg, SC; brother, Robert Sherbert of Mauldin, SC; nieces and nephews, Matthew Holmes, Mary Beth Holmes, Robbie Sherbert, and Becca Sherbert. A graveside service will be conducted at 12:30 PM on Thursday, June 15, 2017, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by Chaplain Gary Jordan. Visitation will be at the graveside.
