James Mitchell

James Marshall Mitchell, 55, of Cowpens, SC, died July 29, 2017 at his home. Born December 2, 1961 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late James Billy and Lois Edmonds Mitchell. James loved to fish and the outdoors. Survivors include his loving wife of 24 years, Patti Blackwell Mitchell; brother, Jamie Mitchell (Lisa) of Spartanburg, father-in-law, Douglas McClain, loving aunt and cousins. He was also predeceased by a daughter, Stephanie Faith Jordan, sister, Becky O'Toole, and brothers, Ricky Mitchell and Mark Mitchell. A Memorial service will be 2:00 PM Friday, August 4, 2017 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by the Rev. Bryan Siefert. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Home Care and Hospice, P.O.
