James Victor "Jimmy" Saunders I, 65, of Spartanburg, SC, died Monday, January 15, 2018, at his home in Cross Hill, SC. Born July 25, 1952, in Greenville, SC, he was the son of the late Al Saunders and Mildred Dills Saunders Fann. A veteran of the U. S. Coast Guard, Mr. Saunders was employed with Dills Garage. Survivors include his wife of more than 16 years, Ruby Deborah Weaver Saunders; son, James Victor Saunders II of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Chloe Saunders and James Victor "Jamesy" Saunders III; brothers, Chuck Fann and Kevin Fann; and sisters, Charlene Harvey and Patty Swesinger.
