James Fuller

James Lee Fuller, 68, of Pauline, died Wednesday, March 6, 2013, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born March 16, 1944, in Buffalo, SC, he was the son of the late Lenora Fuller Goforth and stepfather, Major Goforth. Mr. Fuller was employed by Mayfair Mills for 25 years and was the owner of Fuller's Plumbing. Survivors include his loving wife of 49 years, Dewana Jackson Fuller; daughter, Lynn Simmons (Wayne) of Spartanburg; grandchildren, James McFalls "Bumper" (Taylor) of Pauline, Stacy Dube (Joey), Wayne Simmons (Jessica), DeeDee Simmons (Brent), Brittnay Solesbee, Amber Sims, and Gabrielle Sims, all of Spartanburg; great-grandchildren, Tamara and Lexi McFalls, Dylan and Hailey, Tori "Boo" and Joseph; son-in-law, David "Hub" McFalls of Roebuck; sisters, Peggy Goforth (Tommy) of Inman, Dorothy Thornton of Spartanburg, Mary Darnell (Jerry) of Pickens, and Kathy Owens (Joey) of Spartanburg; brother, David Goforth (Kathy) of Spartanburg; and brother-in-law, Jackie Jackson (Marie) of Aiken. He was predeceased by a daughter, Kimberly McFalls; brother, Bill "Whomper" Goforth; infant brothers, Michael and Roy; and brother-in-law, Jimmy Thornton. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Sunday, March 10, 2013, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel, 235 N Church St, Spartanburg, SC 29306. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Monday, March 11, 2013, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel, by the Rev. Jerry Darnell. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers are Michael Thornton, Lee Thornton, Mikey Thornton, Lenny Presnell, Brant DeBord, and Kenny Burns. The family is at the home of his daughter, Lynn Simmons.
