Jackie Douglas

Jackie Douglas, 67, of Drayton, SC died Thursday, January 26, 2017 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born December 16, 1949 in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Farmer and Syble Iness Thompson Durham. Jackie retired from Spartanburg County Health Department. She was of the Baptist faith. Her passion was being a devoted wife and a loving mother, always thinking of others. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Harold Albert Douglas; son, Joe Douglas (Sonia) of Boiling Springs, SC; daughter, Jody Osteen (Brian) of Boiling Springs, SC; brother, William Durham (Marsha) of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Samantha Douglas, Garrett Douglas, Chloe Osteen and Brylee Osteen; a number of nieces and one nephew; and her faithful companion, Molly. She was predeceased by a brother, who was lost in Vietnam, Sammy Ray Durham. Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Monday, January 30, 2017, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 31, 2017, at the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Andy Case. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park, 1955 Cannons Campground Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
