Jack Belk

Jack David Belk, 73, of Boiling Springs, SC, died Sunday, May 14, 2017, at his home. Born July 4, 1943, in Pacolet, SC, he was the son of the late Glen Doc Belk and Nola Horne Belk. A graduate of Clemson University and U. S. Army veteran, Mr. Belk served two tours in Vietnam and retired from Michelin. Survivors include his brother-in-law, Robert "Bob" Petty, Sr. of Spartanburg, SC; and nephews, Bob Petty Jr. (Angela) of Maryville, TN, Keith Petty and Alan Petty (Karon), all of Huntersville, NC. A graveside service, with military rites, will be conducted at 11:00 AM Friday, June 16, 2017, in Pacolet First Baptist Church Cemetery, 310 W. Main St., Pacolet, SC 29372, by the Rev.
