Jack Lowe

Jack Allen Lowe, 91, of Spartanburg, SC, died Monday, November 28, 2022 at Terra Bella Assisted Living. Born June 9, 1931 in Cedar Rapids, IA, he was the son of Terry Eugene Lowe, Sr. and Velma Genevie Mandell Lowe.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Mr. Lowe was retired after serving in the military 23 years. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Lillian Ruth Easler Lowe of the home; his son, Mitchell D. Lowe; his three sisters and three brothers. He was predeceased by two sisters and three brothers.

Visitation will be 10:15 – 10:45 a.m. Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel, conducted by The Rev. Daniel Kuhr. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery, 635 Mt. Pleasant Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eastside Baptist Church, 1850 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
