Ivaree Sweat

Ivaree Ingle Sweat, 89, of 18 Montague Circle, Greenville, died Saturday, May 16, 2009, at Oakmont-West Nursing Center. Born August 31, 1919, in Rutherfordton, NC, she was the daughter of the late William Logan and Allie Florence Hutchins Ingle and the widow of James Alford Sweat. She was retired from Milliken & Co. and attended Berea First Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Dianne Myers of Greenville; a granddaughter, Gena Myers of Greenville; a son, Michael Myers and his wife Alice of Hattisburg, MS; and five great-grandsons. Visitation will be 12:30-1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at Floyd's Pacolet Chapel. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Pacolet Memorial Gardens conducted by the Rev. Norman L. Band.
