Iva Ross

Iva Amelia “Amy” Ross passed away Friday, December 16, 2022, at the age of 90 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Spartanburg, Amy was one of ten children and full of stories of her parents and siblings growing up.  She became a military spouse and proud mother to five children who have remained loving and dedicated to her.  Amy found joy in her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, spotting red birds and bingo.  She made sure “I love you” was at the end of every call and visit.  Known for her sweetness, hugs, self-sacrifice to her family and hilarious sense of humor, Amy will be remembered and immortalized in humorous stories and repeating of her favorite jokes.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2022, 11:00 AM, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC, 29307, conducted by Rev. Glen Taylor.  Visitation will follow the service at the gravesite.
