Isaac McCracken, 87, of Boiling Springs, died Saturday, May 8, 2010, at Magnolia Place. Born May 15, 1922, he was the son of the late Alton and Frances Marion McCravy McCracken and the husband of the late Betty Pearson McCracken. A graduate of Spartanburg High School, Class of 1942, he was retired from Drayton Mill. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and a U.S. Army Air Force Veteran of World War II. Survivors include his daughter, Lib Flowe; three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Rebecca Edwards of Spartanburg, and Evangeline Bland of Petersburg, VA; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by several brothers and sisters. Visitation will be 2:00-3:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Graveside services with military rites will follow at 3:30 pm in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens conducted by the Rev. Scott Linnerud. The family is at their respective homes.
