Horace Huntsinger, Sr., 80, of 104 Cypress Drive, died Sunday, July 19, 2009, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born November 15, 1928, in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late Edgar Columbus and Exey Tuck Huntsinger. A graduate of Robinson Business College, he was a retired salesman for Thomas and Howard Company with over 30 years of service. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include his wife, Wilma Horton Huntsinger; a son, Horace "Butch" Huntsinger, Jr. of Inman; a daughter, Joyce F. Smith and her husband Ed of Chesnee; two grandsons, Derek Huntsinger and Brandon Huntsinger of Inman; and a sister, Dot Cline and her husband Fred of Spartanburg. Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2009, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Graveside services will follow at 2:30 p.m. in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens conducted by the Rev. Don Horton.
