Henry “Billy” Cleveland Seay, 92, went home to be with the Lord on February 28, 2025, at Upstate Community Hospice House, Landrum SC. Born September 19, 1932, in Spartanburg, SC. He was the son of the late Weldon Grady Seay and Nina Cannon Seay.
He was retired general manager of Precision Bearing and Machine, Operator of Melrose Park Speedway, Saluda, SC and Owner of Triple C Karts and Parts and a member of Fairview Baptist Church.
Survivors include his daughter, Cindy Seay Robbins and husband Dr. Randy Robbins of Jonesborough, TN and son Christopher D. Seay and wife Deborah of Chesnee, SC; granddaughters Carla Comer and husband Mike, Mandy Mills, and husband Daniel; grandsons Brian Robbins and wife Marcey, Austin Seay and wife Kendall and Evan Seay; 11 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren. Sisters Willyne Seay Coggins and Agnes Seay Horton and brother Lector Seay.
Billy was predeceased by wife Wanza “Sue” Keller Seay; his son, William Cleveland Seay; his sister, Dorothy Mathis; his brothers, Weldon, Roy, Osborne, Donnie and Dennis Seay.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 - 12:45 pm, Friday, March 7, 2025, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St, Spartanburg, SC 29307. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm in the chapel. Service will be conducted by the Rev. Tim Ramsey with eulogy by Christopher Seay. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens and conducted by the Rev. Dr. Randy Robbins.
Flowers accepted but memorials may be made to Upstate Community Hospice House in memory of Henry Seay, 260 Fairwinds Dr, Landrum, SC 29356.
